I've been taking for 15+ years . . . started with 2mg - at one point I accidentally bought 5 mg and took two when I wanted to sleep late . . . so slept maybe an hour more than usual - a cup of coffee fixed me up and I was my usual alertBut 15 mg of melatonin isn't an "overdose" - no harmful...
