If it lasted 12 hours before then maybe it is tolerance. As an example if someone takes 20mg OxyContin twice daily and it only lasts 8 hoursThe main problem with it not lasting the full 12hrs is that it will make you more liable to addiction, since you are going from high to withdrawal constantly....
