I have now been 5 days with no sertraline and have found the experience of quitting surprisingly easy.I have been on zilift for over 18 yrs. I really want to get off them. I'm just so afraid of relapse but nowI'been decreasing my Sertraline amount over last few weeks and have now stopped taking it....
