Ring worm isn't really a worm. It is a fungus. To treat you need an anti-fungal cream, but I would recommend going to your PCP to accurately diagnose that what you have is1000g of metronidazole is not enough to treat trich. Typical treatment is 2000 mg (2g) of metronidazole in a single dose....
