Best Answer: Alcohol + Ibuprofen+ Aleve will probably destroy your stomach lining and cause stomach ulcers. NSAIDs in general are really horrible for your stomach lining.Alcohol isn't as bad for your stomach lining as nsaids are, but in combination it could be worse than either alone....
